We’re on our way to a Huskies basketball game- CJ’s first.
“Mommy, are we going to a FOOTBALL game?” CJ asks from the backseat.
“No honey, this is a basketball game.” I tell him.
“But I want to see FOOTBALL,” he moans,
“Because in football they fall down a lot and I like that.“

Well that goes without saying. Football is waaaay better than basketball! My son’s PE teacher made them watch a basketball game for homework this weekend…I thought I was going to die from boredom!

Done. Thanks for a great blog. Your son’s comment reminds me of the scene in Big Daddy (Adam Sandler) where he’s throwing sticks under the rollerbladers in the park. I do not condone such behavior as a rollerblader myself, but it was just a wee bit funny.

I agree. I like football for the same reason. But cage fighting is a lot of falling and blood. So, in my house it’s all about the cage fighting.
