Before I got married, I had a lot of ideas about how marriage would be.
Most of which turned out to be dead wrong.
Here’s a primer so that all those other innocent young girls won’t be so misled.

In real life, they never do what they’re supposed to. Even when you yell at them.
In real life, having a good laugh is more important than being romantic.
In real life, a good marriage doesn’t look like anyone else’s.
It looks like yours.

SO TRUE! You guys seem very happy! I might have to take the time to write one up, if there’s still time! Maybe tomorrow, but I have three kids, babysit one more, and my husband is on vacation starting tomorrow. Basically, I really have my work cut out for me!
Marriage is WORK…which is something you hear but don’t really believe or understand until you’re in one!

I realized when I did my post that I too do not have any cute pictures of us. When I showed hubby my choice he said ” Dude, could you have picked a geekier picture??” Yeah, if you didn’t look like such a cheese ball all the time!! ha ha Loved you photos!!

Nice pics.There is one thing that mom told me the day that I got married. According to her marriage is not 50/50, it’s two people giving 100/100 all of the time.
