Make Me Laugh Monday
March 10, 2008 – 7:00 am
Welcome to Make Me Laugh Monday where the whole point is ha ha ha with a bit of hee hee and even some LOL if you’re lucky.Let’s get this show on the road.
My entry for this week made me laugh so hard that I cried. Honestly. Maybe it’s because I have a secret desire to act like I’m in a musical in a public place. Maybe it’s just the looks on the faces of the mall-goers. See for yourself…
And there’s MORE of this crazy stuff at http://improveverywhere.com/ (like frozen people at Grand Central Station). Don’t go there unless you’re ready to waste a LOT of time!
Here’s the deal if you want to join in.
Write about something funny. It can be an anecdote, a joke, a picture, or a link to something funny… whatever. This is a NO PRESSURE scenario. If it makes you chuckle, it’s good enough. I don’t mean to create a stressful IS IT FUNNY ENOUGH type situation, if you know what I’m sayin’. Anyone can participate.

So you write the post. Then come and link it here so that we can all enjoy the funniness.
If you participate, here’s the code to get the fabulous donkey graphic shown above;
And I should think it goes without saying but JUST IN CASE… any links that don’t go to a Make Me Laugh post on your blog will be deleted, promptly.
And one more thing… several of us read these entries with a child sitting in our lap. Please use an exclamation point at the beginning of your link title if it’s not suitable for young eyes.
Happy Monday!

That’s awesome. I’ve seen the Grand Central one before, but not this one. People’s reactions are hilarious!
I hope my title isn’t too raunchy for you! The videos not that bad, but I wanted to make sure people knew what it was!
Thanks for the laugh! After my week last week, I need it!

Oh my gosh, I loved that! My husband and I are always saying how corny musicals really are when you think about it… I mean, does anyone ever really break into to song for no reason?
OK, I do occasionally… I’ll admit it. I love to sing in an operatic voice to annoy my family… just for kicks. ;)

I loved it!
My best friend in high school used to do that sort of thing — break into song at the grocery store, etc. just to see people’s reactions.
And you’re right: the looks on the mall goers’ faces is comedy enough!

That was hilarious! I’ve always wondered what it would be like if people started singing and dancing in real life like they do in musicals.
