The Mamas and the Papas were right. Lately, Mondays make me want to cry. ALL OF THE TIME. Which is why I’m trying out this new concept called Make Me Laugh Monday. Because laughing is better than crying, any day of the week.

Here’s my contribution for the week. I wish I could take credit, but these were emailed to me by my brother-in-law (thanks, Jordie).

    Ok, so I went to all-dressed-up’s glitter story, and then I followed your link to YOUR glitter story, and I have never laughed so hard in all my life!!! I was snorting and laughing…and then I had to explain it to my son who kept asking “What’s so funny mama??! What’s so funny?” I just said, “A mama washed herself with a washcloth, and the washcloth turned out to be filled with glitter from her child — so she got covered in glitter” whereupon Son snorted in totally fake laughter along with me. I didn’t have to fake it. Thank you, again, for the great Monday. :)

    Ansolutely brilliant! My favourite is the child who thanked God for their baby brother but pointed out he had actually prayed for a puppy. I love children’s innocent honesty!

    I’ve posted some funny signs in my contribution, they actually show that possibly children are far more logical than adults!

    I’m trying to think of next Monday’s post already!!
