The Wizard of… WHAT?!

November 19, 2007 – 4:23 am

Once upon a time there was a dear sweet little “girl” named “Dorothy.” Dear, sweet, charming “Dorothy” desperately wanted a Nintendo Wii.

But alas, the Wicked Witch of the West stood between our darling “heroine” and “her” wishes.

Until one day, a “magic spell” turned the Wicked Witch into a GOOD witch. A Good and EXTRAORDINARILY BEAUTIFUL witch.

This new Good and Beautiful witch was MUCH more amenable to dear, charming, darling “Dorothy’s” desires.

She granted “Dorothy’s” wish for a Wii.

And they all lived “happily” ever after.

    Excellent usage of Oz characters.
My boys are getting a Wii for Christmas, I may not see them again until the graduate.
Well, except for meals…they’ll come out for food.

I think the Wii was one of the best family purchases we have ever made. We actually got one because my sons physical and occupational therapist said it would improve his co-ordination and motor skills. Not only is it true but we all love playing it together. The Wii gets a big thumbs up from our house.

Somehow I think that’s not quite how the story goes… Or I could be mistaken!

How do I get the ‘Good Witch’ to come and give us a Wii too? :)

my son, last spring, won a wii from wendy’s. yes…he won one. so, this wicked witch of the midwest didn’t have to fly on her broom to the local best buy and purchase one. good things happen to evil witches!
by the way…wii is highly addictive…for adults, too. i play tennis and golf…very well, thank you. and…i am in pain the next day…it’s a work out! i’m not joining a gym, i’m playing wii…right after i’m done with the blog thing…

I have to tell you guys, as of right now I am SO loving the Wii. It’s a major workout (well, at least the Sports games are… I don’t know about the other ones). CJ even slept in a FULL EXTRA HOUR this AM b/c he was so exhausted from playing it all afternoon!

What did the Good Witch get in return for granting Dorothy such a generous gift that will undoubtedly have Dororthy occupied sometimes when the Good witch needs her ;)

We desperately want a wii, too. I don’t know if our witch is a good witch or a bad witch. All I know for sure, is she’s a broke witch. No wii for us. Enjoy yours :-)
