Is it mean to call my son a balloon head?

even if it’s TRUE…?!!
Birthday party preparations are well underway. By “well underway” I mean everything that can go wrong has, but STILL we are perservering and having fun blowing up balloons and drinking coffee. Nothing’s gonna stop us now (name that tune!)…
