Makeover Monday

May 8, 2007 – 4:15 am

Is it really Monday, AGAIN, already?? Unbelievable.

In the grand tradition of self-improvement, here I go with this week’s installment…

First, the back-story:
Today was absolutely beautiful and dreamy in every way. We’re talking sunshine, blue skies- BALMY. Lovin’ it. Except… I stood before my closet and realized that we are rapidly approaching (queue scary music)… SHORTS SEASON.

And, as I will not be holed up in a carefully climate controlled office, I will actually have to WEAR some.

Hence, the theme for this Makeover Monday:

I’m gonna look like Angelina Jolie. Well… sort of.

And for those of you who are NOT a size 6, why don’t you come join me in the Great Spring Weight loss Challenge (please… I don’t want to have to BEG here!) Team Banana needs more peeps, and come on, are you really gonna tell me you have something better to do? I DOUBLE-DOG DARE YA!!!

    I’m still nursing, but for that I’d be right there with ya! For now though, I’ll happily munch my way through the day telling myself and anyone who’ll listen that ‘I need 500 extra calories a day’!

    Fantastic. I love the Angelina look a like. I may have to do something similar for my Hubby… :-) Hehe.

    I’m working on getting healthy too. It’s one of my weekly goals. Good luck with this. :-)
